Meet the Coaches

Hannah King - Head Reformer Coach

Hannah first started working in the health and wellbeing world nearly 8 years ago when she decided to retrain as a Sports Massage Therapist. While training at the London School of Sports Massage, she managed a studio that offered yoga, pilates, and many different therapies. Here she learnt a lot about physical and mental wellbeing from these different practices, and began to delve into what it means to be “well”. Whilst the massage work grew, she kept seeing familiar patterns in clients and herself around the lack or quality of movement which can present in so many different ways. When she started practising Reformer Pilates for herself, the changes she felt led her to train in Equipment Pilates. Hannah is passionate about providing a welcoming space for everyone to explore how Pilates movements can help their unique bodies.

“I love that one exercise can be felt in so many different ways depending on the way it’s cued, what physical tensions you’re working with or what energy you bring to the studio, and that there’s no right or wrong way to do it - well, sort of!”

Fran Sleat - Reformer Coach

Fran is a former dancer turned full-time STOTT Pilates instructor who first discovered Pilates during her training at dance university, and it quickly became an essential part of her routine. It has now grown into a full-blown passion - especially for Reformer Pilates, which she loves for its dynamic, full-body benefits. She aims to bring a bubbly energy to every class and loves helping others feel strong and confident in their bodies.

Eszter Miskolczy - Reformer Coach

Eszter is a passionate STOTT trained Pilates instructor with a background in acting
and Musical Theatre. She attended her first Pilates class 10 years ago, where her journey into Pilates began to reconnect with her body following multiple sports
injuries. What started as rehabilitation soon became a lifelong practice rooted
in strength, resilience, and self-discovery.
Drawing from her own experiences, Eszter creates a welcoming, inclusive
space where every client feels supported and celebrated. Her classes
emphasise alignment, balance, and functional strength, leaving clients feeling
stronger, more centred and inspired by what their bodies are capable of.

“Pilates is more than just exercise—it’s a powerful tool for healing,
empowerment, and cultivating a deeper connection between the mind and
body.”

Kat Bowen - Reformer Coach

Kat’s love of Pilates began years ago, when she booked into a class on a whim, and discovered deep core muscles she never knew she had! More than that, she felt a sense of calm at the end, different from the fatigue she usually experienced after high-intensity workouts. Quickly addicted to both the moves and the feels, Kat trained with BASI and TEN in order to help others discover the benefits of Pilates for themselves.

When not on the Reformer, Kat teaches Yoga, Sound and Dance Meditation. She can frequently be found attempting to balance on her hands, drinking too much coffee, or playing with cats, sometimes all three at the same time.

“Seeing students build better strength and balance in life - whether physically, mentally or both - is such a privilege!”
